The Trust's Board of Directors includes four growers, four farmworker advocates, four rural housing agency directors and four community representatives who have special expertise in housing finance or other skills important to the Trust's work. Most live and work in Central and Eastern Washington.

Board of Directors Application:
The Board of Directors of the Washington State Farmworker Housing Trust establishes and oversees policies regarding the activities of the Trust to expand the supply of safe, affordable housing for farmworkers, and provide homes for families to strengthen our agricultural economy and rural communities across Washington.

Directors both represent their constituencies and help promote the work of the Trust. Directors serve four-year terms; one director from each of the four sectors stands for election every April.
